   Myrna Dawn Larson 76, a longtime resident of Parker passed away May 11, 2011 at her home following a illness with cancer.

Myrna was born May 10, 1935 in Egin, Idaho, the daughter of Ernest and Luella Orr. She graduated from South Fremont High School in l953.

On June 24, 1954 she married Edwin Larson in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. After raising their children, they served two LDS missions. One in South Carolina and one in Fort Worth Texas. They served in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple for 14 years and two years in the Rexburg Temple.

Myrna was an excellent wife, mother and home maker. She loved to cook, fill her bottles, quilt and make baby blankets for her grandchildren, great grandchildren women in her ward and for humanitarian aid. She also loved to plant flowers in her yard and write poems. She also enjoyed singing with the Melo-Daires. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and served in many positions in her ward. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years Edwin Larson, Parker, ID.; Children; Jeffrey L.. (Trisha) Larson, Caldwell, ID.; Randal E. (Becky) Larson, Teton, ID.; Patsy (David) Crapo, Parker, ID.; Bryan T. (Diane) Larson, Egin, ID.; Shelley Davies, Rexburg, ID.; DaLea (Barry) Snell, Jonesboro, GA.; Suzette (Randy) Pulsipher, Mantua, UT. Debra Beckstrom, Parker, ID.; and Jared E. Larson, Rigby, ID. Siblings- Verleen (Gary) Triplett, Idaho Falls, ID.; Carol (Kenneth) Young, Rexburg, ID.; Deanna (Larry) Kerbs, Wilford, ID.: Brenda Sutton, Rexburg, ID.; Scott (Vicky) Orr, Plano, ID.; Brad (Tamra) Orr, and Jana (John) Poulson, both of Egin, ID. 48 Grandchildren, 53 Great Grandchildren. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Darrel Orr, a Sister Renee Richards, a grandson Jeremy Crapo and a Daughter In Law- Sandy Larson.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, May 14, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. in the St. Anthony LDS Stake Center with Bishop Brent Williams, officiating. Friends may call at the Stake Center Friday evening from 6:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and again Saturday one hour prior to the services. Burial will be in the Parker Cemetery under the direction of the Bidwell Funeral Home.
